All products are manufactured using additive manufacturing processes. While structurally engineered, they should be handled with care and treated as precision components rather than industrial-grade machined parts.
Most PLA-based products begin to deform at temperatures above 55–60°C. Do not expose items to direct sunlight inside vehicles, ovens, heaters, or other high-temperature environments.
Clean using a soft microfiber cloth and mild soap solution. Avoid acetone, alcohol-based solvents, or abrasive cleaning materials unless explicitly stated for the material type.
Products are not designed for high-load structural applications unless specifically labeled as engineering-grade (e.g., carbon fiber reinforced). Excessive force may result in cracking or delamination.
Extended exposure to direct sunlight may cause discoloration or brittleness over time, particularly in PLA-based materials.
While PETG offers moderate moisture resistance, most materials are not fully waterproof. Prolonged exposure to water or high humidity may degrade structural integrity.
Resin-based products are fully cured before shipment. However, they remain more brittle than thermoplastic materials and may break under impact or bending forces.
Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, environmental exposure, or unauthorized modification is not covered under warranty or refund policy.
